Service User/Carer Members should be:
Available to attend Steering Group meetings
Willing to be actively involved in meetings
Able to work positively, in partnership with all steering group members, to
improve services
Willing to comply with relevant Trust policies and procedures for user
involvement.
Able to communicate outcomes to others, where appropriate
How can I become involved?
Contact the User Involvement Team by Friday 22nd September to express interest if
you:
are 16 years of age or over,
and
have experience of Trust services within the last 5 years, either as a service
user or carer (including young carers) for someone who uses our services,
and
want to help us improve our services.
