The course will begin Thursday 15th January and run for 7 weeks (7 Thursdays) until Thursday 5th March.
Training is one day per week from 9.15am – 2.45pm.
This is a Level 2 hands on practical baking course where you will make freshly baked food each week in the kitchen while gaining your qualification.
