As part of our community engagement programme, Newry DEA is delighted to be delivering two Party in the Park events this August supported by Arbour Housing Association, providing free family activities for residents.
The events will take place on:
- Carrivemaclone Play Area – Tuesday 11 August | 2-4pm
- Shandon Park Play Area – Thursday 13 August | 2-4pm
Activities will include:
- Family sports activities
- African drumming workshop
- Bouncy castle
- Face painting
- Multicultural activities
- Community engagement with Council teams
These events are free to attend and are designed to encourage families and neighbours to come together, enjoy fun activities, connect with local services and an opportunity for us to gather feedback and development opportunities.
