Community Engagement Officer
Salary: NJC Scale 5 (£22,183 – £24,491) + 6% Employer’s pension contribution
Contract: 3 years fixed-term
Location: CDHN office with flexibility to work from home
Are you passionate about empowering people to participate in local decision making to bring about social, economic, and cultural change? Then this exciting new post could be for you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a community development qualification or with volunteering experience who would like to work in the sector. You will be mentored by your Line Manager who will support your learning and development journey. This three year job offers training and development opportunities, you will develop your knowledge of the sector, the issues affecting communities and develop skills.
