\uf0b7 Available to attend Steering Group meetings
\uf0b7 Willing to be actively involved in meetings
\uf0b7 Able to work positively, in partnership with all steering group members, to
improve services
\uf0b7 Willing to comply with relevant Trust policies and procedures for user
involvement.
\uf0b7 Able to communicate outcomes to others, where appropriate
How can I become involved?
Contact the User Involvement Team by Friday 22nd September to express interest if
you:
\uf0fc are 16 years of age or over,
and
\uf0fc have experience of Trust services within the last 5 years, either as a service
user or carer (including young carers) for someone who uses our services,
and
\uf0fc want to help us improve our services.
