Communities Leading Change is offering grants of up to £1,000 for community-led projects that promote good health and wellbeing. We’re encouraging all community, voluntary, and grassroots groups to submit an Expression of Interest form to be considered.

The unique aspect of this initiative is that the community will decide which projects receive funding through local market stall voting events.

This initiative is supported by a wide range of partners including NMD Council, the Southern and South Eastern Health and Social Care Trusts, Public Health Agency, NIHE, local Housing Associations, PSNI, CDRCN, and the Confederation of Community Groups.
