NICVA are holding a Workshop in Ballybot House Newry on the 22nd November 2023 from 2.00 – 4.00pm.
In conversations with many of our members over the past few months, staffing and volunteering issues have repeatedly come up.
At a time when demand for your services is at its highest and with resources already stretched, I’ve been hearing about staff burnout and recruitment and retention challenges.
At NICVA we want to better understand the challenges facing your organisations, the impact of these on your services and communities, and the potential solutions needed.
We’re holding a series of workshops in Belfast, Newry and Derry to bring our members together to listen to your concerns.
Your contribution is important to us regardless of the size or nature of your organisation so please come along. Your input will inform the support we offer and help us raise awareness of the issues facing our sector. We can’t champion the needs of our sector without your input!
