Good Morning Community Hubs

Good Morning Community Hubs

Over the past few years, we have worked to develop community hubs across both the Newry & Mourne, and Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon Council areas; these hubs are now a vital component of our Good Morning telephone service delivery.  The hubs have allowed us to provide community development support to existing and new organisations, recruit and support new and existing volunteers, raising the profile of the Good Morning service and encouraging new referrals to the service.

All volunteers involved with the community hubs receive full induction training on our bespoke My Call matters Platform, and they are supported throughout their volunteering journey with ongoing advice and training as required.  They are also able to access additional training opportunities provided through the CCG, connecting them to the wider community and voluntary sector.
